refund Policy

At Be Better Health & Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”), we strive to provide educational and wellness content that supports your journey toward holistic health. Occasionally, we will offer paid online courses via YouTube. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be processed for those course purchases — and is based on the refund rules set by YouTube.

Because the courses are delivered through YouTube’s platform, refunds (if eligible) are subject to YouTube’s policies. A link to the relevant YouTube refund policy is provided below for your reference.

You may request a refund for a course purchase under the following conditions, consistent with how YouTube handles movie/show purchases:

• If you have not started watching the course (i.e. you have not played the video content at all), you are eligible to request a refund. Google Help+1
   
• The refund request must be made within 7 business days of the purchase date. Google Help
   

If you have started watching the course, or more than 7 business days have passed, standard refund rights under YouTube may no longer apply.

1. Log into the YouTube (or Google) account used for the purchase.
    
2. Go to your Purchases & memberships (or Order history) in YouTube’s interface.
    
3. Locate the course purchase and select the option to request a refund — provided the course has not been played and the request is within 7 business days.
    
4. Follow the prompts provided by YouTube to confirm your refund request.
    

Because refunds are processed via YouTube’s payment system, Be Better Health & Wellness does not manually process or guarantee refunds outside YouTube’s standard procedure.

If YouTube approves your refund request:

• The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
   
• Access to the course content will be revoked (you will no longer have access to the video).
   
• Any related materials delivered via YouTube or linked platforms will no longer be accessible.
   

If you have already started watching the course, or otherwise accessed any of the course content, you are not eligible for a refund under this policy (in line with YouTube’s terms).

Also, once the 7-business-day window has passed, refunds will generally not be considered — except in exceptional cases where there is a technical issue with the content or purchase.

All refund inquiries, technical issues, billing concerns, or access problems related to course purchases must be directed to YouTube Support, as per their policy.

Be Better Health & Wellness cannot intervene, manage, or approve refund requests for purchases made through YouTube.
